Starbucks - Springfield

I've stopped here twice during drives from Madison WI to Waco TX when my father was dying for his Memorial Service.

I got the caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it was made phenomenal! The server was very kind.

Pre ordered on the app so we could quickly stop while on the road. Bathrooms are clean. Customer service is terrible. Multiple customers waiting at the mobile pickup, clearly needing assistance. It was like a game to see which of the employees could do a better job ignoring the counter.

One either loves or hates their coffee. I stopped in to do a conference call. The internet was adequate, the seating area sparsely populated, and the music at an acceptable level that my online meeting members didn't complain about it.
