Qdoba Mexican Eats - Springfield

It's a chain restaurant. Okay. But they definitely need some improvement. I went there at 2:00 in the afternoon, after lunch, and the dining room was in terrible condition. Most tables were dirty with leftover food, and the floor was a mess. The overall appearance seemed very neglectful.

On 28. June 2022 at 1230, the only gentleman who visited the customers would not change his gloves. He went out of the register and cash back to food prep with the same gloves for 3 orders. I left. Two stars because he worked hard.

Honestly my expectations were low. I have been here many times and the employees are always lousy. But I went during the lunch rush today and there was only one employees at the counter. When I say the man was quick, I mean he would put Chick-Fil-A to shame. He was so efficient and friendly. I truly was impressed with all of it. And even though he was working so quickly his work was extreme quality. This put a really good taste in my mouth for this franchise. Sir. I did not get your name, but I really appreciate you and your hard work. Also your patience and calmness. You deserve a MASSIVE increase in pay! Anyone would be so lucky to have you as an employee.

Horrible staff, one girl WAS working and getting online orders done. Still was slow but the other guy making in-person orders was horrible, would randomly just drop everything and sing (keep in mind while people are waiting), took us 30 minutes just to get 2 CHICKEN AND CHEESE QUESADILLAS. Absolutely horribly ran and staff. The girl that was working also wasn?t working very fast because it seemed like she had a bad back.

Just had lunch here, and they were slammed with a huge group of students in town for a business competition. The visible staff of four was amazing! They got the huge line through quickly and had no shortages of food. Everything was delicious. My only sadness is that there is no more freestyle soda machine.
