Pizza Hut - Springfield

If there was an option for a 0 that is what they would get. The customer service is terrible. The manager there is also terrible and has no manners what so ever. Someone needs to help them.

Most of our past orders have been mediocre at best, but last night we definitely saw and tasted some seriously good changes. The thin crust with all the veggies was not soggy for once #winning and they have finally perfected the art of layering tons of ingredients and topping w cheese. The Stuffed crust Hawaiian for my teen and husband also cooked to perfection w just enough crunchiness at the edges to make them devour the whole thing! Arrived early even by a few minutes and piping hot. Management keep up the changes and implementing the more ingredients to make better pies policy please and thanks.

Decided to try pizza hut for a change. I was really looking forward to a stuffed crust pizza. It came out dry and extremely thin. It was only 1/8 . Not to mention when I opened the store's door and I sincerely said hello, the cashier walked over and kicked over a trash can in front of me to make room for the register. The trash can had wheels. He chose to kick it over. Will truly never return to any location. He then told me to place my carryout orders earlier because they get robbed too often. I would have happily done so if the person who took my order on the phone even mentioned such a ridiculous rule

We went to our order and when the lady was finished, we took the soda and our soda to the car for us. I love the place.

Worst Pizza I ever had in my life! Wasn't just overcooked! It tasted nasty too! Highly disappointed!
