Bidrage med feedbackWe visited McDonald's and Burger King near this Hardee's for a milkshake. Unfortunately, both ice machines were broken. We then tried Hardee's, but they had just run out of ice as well. As a consolation, we ordered a small burger since we had forgotten to do so at McDonald's. Due to the lack of ice, they gave us a large burger for free. The service was amazing and far superior to Burger King and McDonald's. We are grateful for their kindness. The food was also delicious. We hope their milkshake machine gets fixed soon!
As a taxi driver who works the night shift, I often find myself needing a place to eat after 10:00 p.m. Luckily, Hardee's on Jefferson is one of the few options available. I have visited this restaurant multiple times after work and have always been greeted by the very friendly overnight staff. Their specialties are delicious and the food is always served hot. I cannot recommend this place enough!
I wait to order after a customer in the drive thru by 1:45 o'clock 8/27/22 when I heard the ton of the worker's voice over the conversation, I immediately decided not to support her business and pulled out. he must be reminded that customers why he is paid, he needs an adjustment. his position ran from another customer.
Carl Karcher if he was still alive) would have suggested closing this store if had been served as shitty order as I and my friend did yesterday. The food was cold, the buns were over grilled to the point of having a styrofoam texture and the French fries were so old they could have had their own boring card. If you like cold crappy food and CSR's who act like they would rather be at the dentist's chair than working here, then this place is for you. But, if you want to actually have an edible meal, steer clear of this place.
I don’t understand why it is so hard to get a complete order. I ordered the French Toast Sticks, when I opened the box to start enjoying my breakfast; no syrup to use on these dried out, overcooks, sticks of bread. Sound yummy doesn’t it. More money is given for lower than mediocre service. There should be a form of quality control by managers. Disappointed
