Everyday Thai - Springfield

This is probably the 4th time I have been in. Each time the staff are great and attentive the food is always above my expectations. I had the spring rolls which were absolutely delicious with the sauce and the Pad Thai with shrimp was just asdelicious. I?m not a fan of leftovers but took what I couldn?t eat home and ate for lunch today, they were just as good! I havebeen to one other Thai restaurant in Springfield and honestly the flavor just doesn?t compare.

There are two ways to deal with forgetting your table?s food: 1. Come over and apologize when you realize this. 2. Ignore the table until they bring it up and then scramble to bring out food. Sadly, we experienced #2 this evening. I am completelyunderstanding of food taking longer due to staffing shortages, but when tables that came in after you are getting served theirfood before you, when appetizers are not brought out, and when the customer has to be the one to ask about the food?that?s justdisappointing. That being said, the food was solid?the spring rolls (even though they were brought out 5 minutes after we gotour entrees) were good and the sauce is awesome. Pad Thai was solid and so was the yellow curry. Everyday Thai may be a takeoutonly spot for us moving forward.
