TGI FRIDAYS - Springfield (IL)

First, the restaurant claims not to use an open table, because they do not make reservations. So we had to wait the 15-20mins for a table, but we didn't stay because the restaurant was chicken, steak and shrimp. I had to evaluate everything bad, although we did not stay to get into the comment area.

I'm angry for the second time in a week. I checked three times with the young lady while I was there to make sure she made the open table. Was insured every time. I didn't get my loan. And the good was really crumb. What's wrong with these restaurants that they can't have an open table?

The shrimps and fries were delicious. The fish and chips were average. The fish seemed over bread. Service was good. We were immediately waiting and regularly checked.

Our friends from Australia liked the bar selections and the food appeal. We had a very good dining experience.

Servers were overwhelmed. Forgot to bring drinks and food items ordered with the meal. Steak was fatty and shrimp was under cooked. It was $85 for two people which is expensive for a subpar experience.
