The new automated ordering system is incapable of handling special requests. When prompted to switch to human communication to help, the system completely lost previous order and the car full of people had to start all over again. Also the chicken was thin and over cooked and dry.

Just went through the drive thru today for chicken strips and fries. They fries were burnt and disgusting. Who does that. I bet they wouldn’t want cold burnt dried up fries.

Was ordering and the lady with the long black hair working the front line was VERY rude to our family for no reason. Would LOVE to speak with the franchise owner about this and about the loss of business this place now has. I HIGHLY recommend everyone NOT to eat here and just go a few minutes away to the one on highway 17!

Wow. They just dropped a fresh batch of fried chicken which wasn’t good and the tenders were worse. First and last time to Bojangles. Where’s Popeyes??!

Don’t get me started .. TERRIBLEserved cold food to my family , waited more than 30-45 mins on a simple small meal , had forgotten about my Dad’s chicken sandwich and had the nerve to serve him a cold chicken breast ! Dining tables were all dirty , had to wipe our own table .
