Arby's - Southfield

Food was absolutely horrible. I ordered two for seven, and I picked the original chicken sandwich and cheese sticks. I waited in drive thru for a while so I'm thinking that my chicken sandwich is going to be nice and fresh, but Nooo the bread was so hard that I thought i bit into some styrofoam the chicken was sitting in the heater evidently because it was nasty and dried out. The cheese sticks were still full of grease in them it was absolutely horrible. I thru my food away tried calling there 3x's for a refund since the inside is closed since covid. No answer just vm

Arby's use to be good.. Now it's trash. If you feel like getting food poisoning, Arby's is the place!

Don’t spend your money here. Their competence and customer service is terrible. They can’t count at they blame the customer. Pure ignorance.

I went for the Angus burger. Everything was good and service was exceptional. Very nice manager.
