Really friendly and welcoming pub, the staff and proprietors are really nice and make the pub such a pleasure to visit. Vast selection on larger, cider and ales with a great menu to accompany them. Sunday roast is a must especially at £10-£12

This place has potential but is currently under achieving. The roast was good, really well seasoned. The atmosphere was lacking. At times the music from the kitchen was louder than the music played in the restaurant which doesn't come across professional. If the interior could be lifted and a few tweaks, a little TLC, this could be an amazing spot, it lacks soul. Great location. Hope to see this place do well in what is a daunting industry in the current climate.

Excellent Sunday roast. Choice of meats, lovely Food and I think very reasonably priced. Very helpful and polite staff gave great service. Will definitely be going back again!

We stumbled upon this pub by chance and were delighted that we did! The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic, the view from the terrace was lovely, and to top it off, they were dog-friendly. What more could you ask for?

I recently moved to the area and was recommended to try Sunday lunch at this restaurant by another pub. The food was excellent, the view of the hidden valley was lovely, and the sun was shining. It was pure bliss.
