Coffee#1 Above - Southampton

My lovely wife and I called into Coffee for a drink the other day. The coffee was pretty good but I didn't feel the place was entirely Covid safe. Some of the seating is way too close together making it impossible to social distance....over, tables weren't being wiped down between guests meaning we had to ask somebody to clean our table for us. I wouldn't rush back until life returns to something like normality.

The Southampton cafe is one of my regular “watering holes” we popped in last Sunday and as always, despite being very busy owing to the Christmas shoppers, the staff were very pleasant, smiling, helpful, efficient and attentive this makes such a nice...change from establishments where the staff seem too rushed to remember customer service. The seasonal festive drinks were lovely (my choice was chocolate orange hot chocolate) and beautifully presented, generously decorated with cream and gold-coloured chocolate balls just the thing to get you into the right Christmas spirit! This cafe also caters well for those with allergies and food intolerances, and nothing is too much trouble for the capable staff. Well done Coffee No Southampton!

Grumpy non gruß, no toast available, as advertised, no apologies for no toast, so no use of us, went to the superior coffee nero doors away for teacake, nice coffee and friendly service.

A so friendly and warm atmosphere. I was served by a friendly and smiling lady called charlene. they made me very welcome and gave me some options and recommendations. I decided to go for a latte today, it was made perfect with a beautiful...sweet hearts up! I will come back in definitiw. clean and safe. well managed.
