Bidrage med feedbackThe service was very disorganized and long wait between the curses. they didn't even have a recording of our open table booking. had to get up and find someone who paid at the end. they seemed to have run out of many things and second attempt in an initial order of the tomaten soup turned out to be lauch and kartoffel. the waiter has not noticed it yet announced as a tomatensuppe. Apparently, there was no senf of description on site. The food quality we have reached was in order, we noticed many other diners getting Brussels spears, also with gammon and iron, as this was the only vege they had left at 6.30 in the evening. we stay and eat in holiday inn as its very favorable location and eating is reasonable quality whatever it may be
We were only for 1 night in the hotel to see a show in the city, we have booked the dinner, bed and breakfast package. it was a good value for money, 3 course menu all selected, freshly cooked and good quality. would do it again.
Unfortunately, the customer service at the reception was not existent. they were not rude, but they were not helpful either. certain training needs for the personal of the reception.
When we arrived, we were told that they were not involved in open table – and that was after a message from the hotel to say that we had to book on open table to reserve dinner. the staff did not greet and above all was an extremely abrupt in everything. some dinner options on the very limited menu were not available. the service fee was added in bill without notice. had to stand and wait several minutes, without employees in sight everywhere to pay bill. eating was expensive, but very good, only by poor service of senior dining room staff.
