Ihop - South Gate

Loved it ' food was great and the services was excellent.

I wish I can give them 0 stars. If you are black I would not recommend going to this IHOP. The front desk lady either couldn't speak English or didn't want to. She was very rude and brush us off. The other employees who Hispanic employees ignore us in the front and keep passing us up to a lead who eventually help us. When we order our food it tool a very long time to get it. Other employessact like they didn't understand us when we ask how much longer do we have to wait for food. Overall experience was terrible and food was not that good. Never coming here again

Pretty disappointed, not only was the customer service was rude but the food wasn't as good. Had to find anyone who could assist me and my family on where to order takeout. I guess there were new hires but they seem to have been goofing rather than anything. Also I ordered a takeout for Strawberry crepes and only gotten a plain crepe. Don't know if we'll come back again, with atmosphere that made us feel unwanted and food that's just ok.

Good food, good service , and plenty of parking. A bit noisy for meetings.

I liked it, the person treated me very well.
