Great staff and excellent food. I asked for spicy and they delivered. My daughter is a picky eater and she even liked everything for the kiddo options.

Just got my order from door dash, potstickers are literally charred and my $11 penne Rosa was supposed to have the Parmesan crusted chicken but was left off the order. Seems like they just don’t care.

Walked in and they had all the tables tilted over. Person behind the counter said TO GO ORDERS ONLY! There was a couple sitting in the dining room at the only table not tilted over. No explanation. Just rudness.

Charged me twice for my takeout order and was told by a worker at the restaurant to email their customer service. I sent an email along with proof that they charged my account twice and never heard back from the company or received a refund. Will never order from this company again. They're basically a fast food pasta factory and don't care about good service.

Ordered the buffalo chicken Mac. Not a fan of chicken all the time so I ordered it without. Normally they are pretty good about their food, however this time they didn’t add the buffalo sauce!!!! I literally had some kind of buttered noodles with shredded Parmesan cheese. Since that is one of their menu items if that’s what I wanted I would have ordered that, but I wanted some spiciness and got bland food. Had to add some stuff from home to get some flavor. What makes this worse is I ordered from Uber Eats (Uber is great and the food was delivered quickly) but I paid a lot more to have ruined food. Not very happy with this and may not order from them again.
