Bidrage med feedbackWe had a funny motherday in thomas family farms. my mom said it was more fun than being in a hotel. it was great because there were fun activities for children of every age.
It was really nice and funny for the children. I'm a total fan of trails end, but I didn't love eating at this brunch.
Eating was cold and halfway away, there were no teller half the time and the staff did not seem to go out of their way to be friendly. it would have been nice if a mimose per person had been included with the price as most special day brunches offer. the location was beautiful. the and the children's activities were amazing and mostly for the breakfast.
We can't expect to come back next year! we had a reservation of 1:30 a.m. and arrived at 1:10 a.m. there were no other families when we arrived, so we moved very quickly through the check-in process. the only, literally, only what we had thought was how they called families when the tables were ready. we were about two table lengths away and didn't hear our name is called. we checked approx. 15 20 minutes after our reservation time, and instead of checking us, they crossed us from their lists and said they could not find us. that seems quite illogical as we paid for the arrival, why should we just go? the overall experience was very close, but next year maybe working on this one aspekt (have they a certain where they want that families wait or something! and it would be perfect! our children, my mother, my family, all loved it. many thanks for a fantastic experience! all family-kid oriented activities have really helped our children the experience as well as we.
Since this is the first Mother’s Day brunch here I’ll cut them some slack. The prime rib was delicious....once they brought out a fresh one that wasn’t over cooked. Other than that, the food was mediocre, in some cases cold. They weren’t able to keep up with the demand for plates, coffee mugs and food. If they iron out those bugs they might be on to something.
