Bidrage med feedbackThis is one of my preferred spots for pho. I usually order the rare beef, but this time I opted for the well-done brisket/chin. The meat was cooked perfectly and piping hot. It wasn't dry at all like I would anticipate with thinly sliced precooked meat. Treat yourself and order a large ramen bowl to properly enjoy this dish.
The Grilled Beef Short Ribs on steamed rice, also known as Com Suon Bo Nuong, were delicious with crispy grilled edges. The dish didn't come with many veggies, just carrots, radish, iceberg lettuce, and rice. The Fried Eggrolls, or Cha Gio, were also tasty, filled with chicken and shrimp and not greasy.
Basil Taste so good the Pho and the Binh Mi is to die for. They mess up time to time (no one is perfect) but they have great food
The quality has been slowly going downhill since they changed ownership. The broth is fattier and less flavorful and the meat quality is poor. I know brisket is a fatty cut, but when its more fat than meat its a problem.
The portion size of my order was significantly smaller than usual and the price was higher. I was disappointed by this change. The food still tasted good, but I was let down by the lack of quantity for the price I paid.
