I recommend this device if they happen to be in a big b

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was a disaster. We were told to check in at 3:00, but no one answered when we tried. Eventually, after calling a private number, we were told to wait. After 25 minutes, a worker finally opened the door and made us wait again before giving us the key. The room had a strange smell and was not very clean. There was no kettle for tea-making and no one at reception to help. When we ordered breakfast, we received less than what was on the menu and were told they didn't do full Irish breakfast because it was a waste. Despite seeing others receive the full breakfast, we were not given the same service. We only stayed for one night out of the two we paid for and will not be returning.
I am truly puzzled by how this hotel has received a rating of 4.2 stars. Upon arrival, the staff seemed unprepared and questioned if we had already paid. The majority of the bathroom fixtures were covered in black mold, including the ceiling. The mattress was worn out, and the bed had dirty sheets. The room window was faulty, with one lever missing, making it impossible to properly close. The breakfast was decent, but on most days, there were missing items listed on the menu. The furniture was either damaged or completely broken in many places. I cannot in good conscience recommend the Redbank guest house and feel compelled to warn others. It seems like the guest house may have been in better condition in the past, possibly before a change in ownership. I wish I could give it 0 stars, but sadly, that is not an option.
My parents recently stayed at your B&B and were extremely disappointed with their experience. The duvet on their bed was incorrectly placed with all buttons open, and there was no fitted sheet, just the mattress underneath. They also found only one ripped towel in the bathroom and had a difficult time getting new towels from staff members who were smoking in the courtyard. The breakfast the next morning was lacking options, with juice in jugs covered by clingfilm and sour milk for tea. Overall, their €150 stay was the worst they have ever had, and they were unable to express their concerns to anyone at the reception. I am writing this review on their behalf.
