Despite this rocky start, we decided to stay as it was late in the afternoon and we were hungry. However, our disappointment continued to grow. We waited well over 45 minutes for our burgers to arrive, without any apology or offer of a drink to make the wait more bearable. This level of customer service was unacceptable. When our food finally did arrive, we were surprised to find that we had no napkins or silverware. We had to awkwardly borrow these essentials from neighboring tables, which made us feel like an afterthought. Our waiter eventually realized his mistake, but by then, we had already finished our meal. The lack of attention to detail and poor service we experienced left a sour taste in our mouths. Honestly, I will not be returning to Be Burger Stockel anytime soon. I urge anyone thinking of dining here to reconsider and explore other dining options in the area that not only offer better food but also superior service. Be Burger Stockel has a lot of room for improvement in terms of customer experience.

When you ask the waitress about the kids' desert you ordered 40 min ago in a half empty restaurant and she rolls her eyes, you know you are never coming back. The food was good though, nice drink selection, the service was nice too, in the beginning. Excellent location too.

Splendid burgers and superb service make a killer combination. The place is well-located, the beers are cold, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. We’ve been in the area less than two weeks and already visited twice. Recommended for sure.

The burgers at this restaurant are incredibly delicious. Those with smaller appetites should be prepared for sizable portions. The atmosphere is very enjoyable.

Nice burger place, in an excellent location (Square Stockel). They also have salads and other quick dishes. Fast service, average prices. The burger patty could be a bit larger.
