For this time, we take the same and start again; The holstein carpaccio entrance was very good even if I found that there was a little too much foie gras that masked the taste of holstein (but I pinch. The dish, holstein, fell down! An absolute feast, a flavor, an incredible tenderness and the sauce was divine!! The dessert, the lemon sandy was nickel, not too much, not too little, the salty butter caramel was succulent: Thanks to the smiling servers, gladly speak while advising, available and who know their profession. It's good, we're not gonna lie; I'll go back with great pleasure even if I live away!
Very nice frame, full of passion when he talks about his meats and very good advice for cooking and sauces, meat of incomparable quality and a fabulous taste (bravo chef and plate with a very chic visual! I warmly recommend for those who love meat and/or wish to try newness (crocodile, buffalo, ostrich, ...!!
The quality of the dishes is incredible. Servers are extremely kind and listening, they answer questions. You can give your timings so that the dishes arrive at your own pace. Very nice experience I recommend

Exceptional food, qualified personnel, competent and connoisseur. Decoration more than good taste. Right to recommend and support. In one word: Thank you! On the menu tonight and in pictures: the tartare surf and turf, with Irish beef and eightres the croquettes with brie, sauce truffled the Iberian feather the exotic trio: guanaco, reindeer and zebra, rosemary sauce. A delight to taste, cooked to perfection. More than a restaurant, an experience. Good tasting!
