Superburger - Shelburne

The customer service is very bad. customers should be welcomed and visited to be immediately and polite. when I mentioned that my care did not receive an apology. I've got a lot better. I just mentioned it because I had a similar experience at an earlier visit. chatting. to friends and other employees ignore the customers.

We regularly drive from mississauga to chatsworth ontario to visit family. superburger is exactly halfway. we stop for the washrooms to water the dogs, and in any case for eating. Sometimes it is the excellent burgers, sometimes the wobbles rings and pommes. my wife usually has salmon cakes or whatever they have. the building is clean and modern, the service pleasant and the eating is very good. we tried champ burger on the road. in one it was our favorite, but superburger is now number one. that probably explains why superburger had some years back, but not recently negative reviews. there was a clear improvement.

Dropped in with our group after a lovely and tiring 4.5 hour hike. Needed food desperately. Also wanted to do a comparison with Champ Burger. Overall very pleased. Here is the compare to Champ Burger. 1. Picnic tables are shaded , which is great on...hot day. 2. Has a very old ordering system , which basically consists of cashier yelling at grill person. Cute but loud. 3.Good quality buns , but personally prefer Brioche buns at Champ Burger, although other members of our group preferred Superburgers.. 4. Patties are thicker and smokier than at Champ Burger. 5. Our group was divided as to who has the best fries. Service excellent , staff went out of way to give us some desperately needed tap water . All in all a good experience and will return.

Wow this place has changed! it was at least 10 years or more, since I was last at superburger, I remembered that it was much smaller but still a very popular place to stop for people. it has really modernized and looks very professional...and clean a huge escaping area inside with all types of tvs from the deck also suspended! the parking lot was filled with people and I had feared that I had to wait long, but I could actually wait without waiting in the position without waiting as everyone was sitting and eating already. I ordered a little poutine and twirl rings. I only had to wait about 5 minutes for my eating and there was a beautiful spicy zone for salt, pepper, vinegar and serviettes and utensils. the poutine was really good crooked cut frits with many great queaky cheese curds and a beautiful gravy. the wobble rings were really tasty and well made in a delicious teig! the menu has many burger options as well as all types of chicken options. there are also hotdogs, steak on a bungalow, blts and grilled cheese sandwiches to choose, but there are no other poutine options except classic poutine. good prices very clean escaping and friendly staff we will definitely try again their burgers some time!

Superburger is north of orangeville, somehow in the middle of nowhere, but fortunately along the mayor route northen, so I make a comparable with webers in orilia. it is a place that becomes iconic when it passes to north or west. shelburne, however, I would dare to say if they give this place an attempt, they will agree with me that his definitiw better than weber. the burgers are fresh and tasty. and very large. the service it is fantastic, the employees know their things and work well together so that the wait is very minimal. there are tons sitting in the inner so that they do not find that they are waiting in a long line outside. the building is new and modern and very clean. a big bonus are the tvs all over the place so they can see sports highlights and cp 24 as they feed. I would easily say that there are the best five places in all the burgers I visited. highly recommended.
