Shakes were awesome, husband said his burger and fries were perfect

Burger was too dry. Bun was too chewy. Spent the night in the restroom after eating it. Sent the wrong side sauce. Asked for Ranch and they sent blue cheese instead.

Food was ready fast, the associate helping me with my pick up order was great and super helpful, and the food was delish.

The boneless wing portion is so small. Its good enough for a small child. The 2 sides of blue cheese dressing/dipping sauce that I ordered was missing. And the pickles were missing from my daughters hamburger.

No mushrooms on the mushroom burger. Kind of a key ingredient. The rest of the order was pretty good.
