O'tacos - Schaerbeek

The food was average. The restaurant served a dish called O'Tacos, which was more like a burrito made with kids' food like nuggets and sausage. It did not resemble a traditional taco at all. The portions were large. The service was good, with a very helpful and friendly woman taking my order. The restaurant was empty and quiet, lacking background music.

Order beef. Told after 15 minutes there's no beef. Settle with chicken. Their order machine is also confusing. Was under the impression that I also ordered fries. No menu option. The worst thing was when my son wanted to use the toilet, but they were out of service. Bad experience overall.

I ordered a taco with minced meat and two sauces, as well as extra fries and a coke. Unfortunately, they forgot to give me the coke so I had to return to get it. When I finally arrived at my destination and opened my taco, I was disappointed to find that there was only one sauce and minced meat. There is room for improvement in terms of getting the customer's order correct. The workers need to pay closer attention to details.

I used to love this restaurant in the past, but recently I have noticed that prices have increased. The workers do not wear gloves and I have seen some of them licking their fingers while preparing food. Sometimes there is no cashier present, and if you don't have your bank card, you cannot pay.

Good when you take away. From Uber eats, Hope to have a fait enough delivery guy, waiting 1h30 for these doesnt worth it, but it's not the restaurant's fault
