Pacci Italian Kitchen - Savannah

Second time a reservation at this point and it is the second time that they do not honor the reservation. There will NOT be a third time.

The restaurant was in construction and we were placed in a board room for dinner. It wasn't the experience I was looking for.

That was one of the worst restaurants, if not the worst I've ever been. I never sent anything back to the kitchen, but here I even touched the food. It looked like rough cafeteria food. Our salads came before our appetizers and our drinks!!! We barely touched something about the food it was disgusting. We had the meatball appetizer and a long hair was wrapped in the meatball. Full appetite killer!! So disgusting not going

If only the food was as good as the service! Three of our four dishes were not on the expectation gnocchi was bland, scampi was missing taste and was doing something about, The exception was the espresso grated ribeye. Service was spectacular and we never felt ignored, and the attention of our server was fast and easy. With so many large restaurants in downtown Savannah, you can better.

We are there for breakfast. The food is pretty good, but it took 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order. The food came pretty quick and it wasn’t bad. But then it took another 30 minutes for someone to give me my check. The couple next to us had a dog in her lap, not a service dog, not a small dog (probably about 20 pounds) and it was some kind of terrier mix so it definitely sheds. It was not a good start to our day.
