Bidrage med feedbackThe Saratoga springs location has always been a slow store, but today the took it to low ordered my food at 11:30, at 11:45 after noticing we did not have our food, the person which took our order asked if there was anything we needed, at that point I said “my food”. They completely forgot about making our order, 20 minutes after our order was placed, we finally received our food. Fries were cold and were in bits and pieces, nothing larger than an inch. Looks like they trying to get the order as soon as possible after they found out they all screwed up. FYI there was no one in the drive thru or in the lobby or ordering, so to say they were busy, it was a ghost town, even with the staff So disappointing how the manager handle the situation, we were looking around for the staff for 5 min, there was no one there to check the status of our order. Pay a lot of money for POOR service, I am sad to say I am not going to Arby’s anymore, especially in Saratoga Springs!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
If the fries are not super fresh they get a rubbery feel/taste. Everything else was great. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Dr Pepper, Roast Beef
They were so fast and the classic Arby's seemed bigger. The curly fries were perfect Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I stood alone at the ordering counter for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. A female employee stood 7 feet away from me and looked at me multiple times without saying a word. She walked past me twice without saying anything at all. And She wasn’t doing anything but staring at a screen. She wasn’t even making anything. Finally the male employee said I will be right with you and I told them to forget it because I hadn’t even been acknowledged in all that time. One simple “Hi. We will be with you in a second” would have bought some time and Patience. I do NOT do bad reviews unless it is completely egregious. I work in the service industry and understand people get busy. But to not even acknowledge a customer standing there waiting is ridiculous. Absolutely will never come back to that location again. Service: Take out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Looks like what I was going to say has already been said on previous comments and posts. Obviously, the management here either doesn't care or is not effective. The biggest complaint and why this ever happens is beyond me, but how can you be Arby's and NOT have Arby's sauce? I mean, WHAT? Better ask when you're at the window next time...
