Cafe Trang Bistro - American Fork

I believe i got the beef, flank, and meatball phó in a Phở Small Size and it was a good portion for me. Came with more noodles than my soup could handle which i loved because i love rice noodles. My only complaint would be that the soup was fairly cold but i just put it in the microwave and there were no worries there : its too cold to expect it to stay as hot as usual anyways! I definitely recommend. It even came with a little siracha packet which made it even better

Its all sooooo delicious!!! The vermicelli noodle bowl was a new item for us to try and it was exceptional! I loved how fresh it tasted while still filling. We added the curry tofu and I almost prefer it to meat, its THAT good! Of course, the pho is dreamy, as always!

I love the pho and the banh mi from Cafe Trang. Easily my favorite Vietnamese food around here.

Terrible! It was the worst pho Ive ever eaten. Never again.

The pho was good, i think it just needs a bigger container of the broth. ive had other pho places that give more broth with it
