It is no longer caruso;' now it is called urban 136.' good letter and good attention. I went to dinner and it turned out a good experience. tasty and well presented dishes; cozy space and very good live music of a young singer, with privileged voice, to an adequate volume; without estrence. the restaurant is within the standards of a five-star hotel.

When we arrived, we asked for two cups of aperitif: an aperol and a taste of pear juice, took 30 minutes to drink them, much awaits for the few diners that had in the restaurant at night, but well prepared. to start ordering as entrance a carpaccio of res with Mediterranean dressing and Parmesan laminas and a gratin of seafood to the parmesan with mixed leaves, the carpaccio was delicious with touches of mustard and the rich and classic gratin. the dishes were the salmon grill with fetuccini pesto and a grilled fillet with gratin of potatoes and salted vegetables. pastas were a little dry, they lacked the flavor that I would say, and the salmon was well seasoned, from the steak could say that it is one of the best that I have tried in restaurants, soft, juicy, tasty and without fat; and the potatoes gave it the necessary touch of creaminess. to finish desserts were passion of chocolate with cinnamon ice cream, where the most original was ice cream; and the other three papaya milks with pistachio ice cream, very good also with cute presentation. I would come back, but the salmon dish was very simple and would improve the waiting times.
