Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Santa Rosa

Love this place! Great flavors with a smorgasbord of toppings. Staff are friendly and the store is always super clean.

My friend took his two kids after dinner today and had a bad experience with the service naturally, apparently one of the workers called karen really hurt his feelings, as he did not really know how it worked there was totally rude to him and even asked if he was stupid because he asked I just want to remember the people important what they do it friendly to have each other it?s never nice to have a bad business experience

My friends and I literally ?LOVE? this frozen yogurt joint! We really enjoyed the fun environment and we really felt like we could be ourselves. We spent 50 dollars?.. BUT we enjoyed every single little gulp and swallow and lick and chew. Thanks menchies!

Great frozen yogurt, but the employee working was extremely rude. EDIT: I got a response back in about 40 minutes after posting my review. While the situation wasn?t correct (I wear my mask, don?t worry) I really appreciate the fact they were able to respond quickly, and even leave a number for me to call to talk about said issue. That says a lot about a company and it?s appreciated greatly
