Mcdonald's - Santa Rosa

Here’s a list of problems I experienced, all in one order: Ice cream machine not working, but mobile app allowed me to order a milkshake. Rather than a refund, which I was told wasn’t an option, I was offered other items. No dipping sauce for my daughter’s nuggets no toy in the Happy Meal this location doesn’t accept mobile deals waited 10 minutes for the order

How on earth do you forget the sausage on a sausage McGriddle??? Ordered the number 3 which are 2 Sausage egg biscuits and only received 1, same for the sausage McGriddle. No condiments added for our deluxe either ..DO BETTER !!

DISGUSTING!!!! I’ve lived near this location for 3 years now. I’ve eaten here enough times now to decide this location is just flat out disgusting!! I mean every single time. Someone just bought be a Big Whack Big Mac for lunch, and I instantly knew it was this location with all of the withered old lettuce in it.

There is absolutely no excuse for this! When I arrived sure they had an issue with the internet so they had to manually enter the order instead of having it ready when I got there, but the system was down for doordash for everybody so why is it that four different Dashers came in after me and all four of them got their orders long before I got mine? There was no excuse for that it's like they completely forgot about my order

Food is terrible buns are always dry. They want you to pay for ketchup now. They had one tweaker lady swearing (add: she was a worker) and it was an odd experience I've never had before. They raised the prices insanely. It's just fast food. Not paying premium unless food quality were premium.
