Hokkaido Santouka Ramen - Santa Cruz

26DEC2020 1100H We have waited to get and sit our temperature check. The crew had just supported the family before us. A family of 5, who had just arrived at Solenad and talked about where they wanted to eat, tilted the line and simply locked in without getting their body speed and health check in order. The crew has not even the trouble to get them in the line, but to get the body pace of the family in the store. WTF! Customer service and proper health protocol cancelled.

Food Almost all dishes were very well prepared and delicious. It has more choice of food than the original branch in Asahikawa Hokkaido. The Japanese curry could be stronger and more spicy. It was missing the kick of a good Japanese curry. Cleanliness and ambience The setting was clean, new and spacious. One of the tables was wobbly and the gap between caught my skin several times and it was painful. Service Our orders were done quite quickly. The staff took the orders correctly for our group of 12 people. Impressive. The staff repeated our orders before we send our orders to the kitchen. The staff was polite and competent. Price The prices were expensive by Filipino Standard. When I go back to this mall, I'll eat again in this restaurant.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is cozy. We tried their combo meals and found them to be better than Ramen Nagi and Kenji Tei overall.

Very helpful and friendly staff especially for seniors. Spicy Miso ramen with vegetables is highly recommended and the prices are also very reasonable.

Will always drop by to have their Ramen. Tasty broth, good choice of ramen available. Worth trying. Recommended
