Bidrage med feedbackEver since they started sharing space with Sensei, the Mexican food at this restaurant has lost its unique charm. The dishes now feel more commercialized and generic, lacking the previous character that made this place stand out. I find myself longing for the old shop and its original charm.
This restaurant remains the top spot for Tacos in the city! You can't go wrong with anything on their menu, as every flavor is perfectly balanced from the tortilla to the protein to the salsa. The service is excellent, and I highly recommend dining in for dinner.
One of the Best Taco in the South La Chinesca together with Sensei are one of the most visited place in BF. Both restaurants are sharing the same place. So those could be the reason why it is also so difficult to park during their busiest time. Fortunately, we had the chance to park and to dine in after lunchtime. While for La Chinesa, taco is their best dish and they are offering different flavor to choose from. Their tacos are so mouthwatering and so flavorful. It is so juicy that we barely used their sauces but those dips are good too. The experience to dine in is something we would like to do again and their tacos are something we would definitely crave again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
We went to this resto for a late afternoon snack. The resto apparently observes a mid day break and wont open until 6pm. Food we ordered and our review (based on our taste buds): Carnitas 5 of 5 (my son ordered a second serving) Camaroncito 4 of 5 Conchinita Pibil 4 of 5 Salmon Sashimi 3 of 5 Place: The resto has around 12 tables more or less and so its better to come in early. Value for money: 4 of 5 Overall: The food is good especially the tacos, which we are guessing their specialty. Serving size is not that generous though. Service: Dine in
It took me a long time before I could write this review as I was so disappointed with my latest experience at this new location. Pre-pandemic, La Chinesca was a great place to go to, with their unique, if fancy take on Mexican fare. We always came away quite satisfied and it was a place that I would recommend. When they started sharing space with Sensei, the food quality became average, nothing to rave about. The kicker was our bill came to about P1,500 per head, which was definitely very bad value for what we got. I want to say that the staff were very good and maintained their professionalism despite a lot of tables being occupied. However, I won't be going back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
