This one is tough. The food was executed correctly but it lacked flavor. For example every was under salted/seasoned, cream sauces needed more cream/butter, desserts needed more flavor, etc. Our server was very nice, but service was inconsistent (rushed as asking what we wanted to eat 2 seconds after sitting and bringing the check while we working on desserts yet and slow at the same time, ie. The restaurant’s system didn’t see our reservation but they still managed to find a table for two adults and two kids. Nice atmosphere, great food and attentive staff. Couldn’t be happier with our time spent at the Bistro Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
