Wonderful experience! My family of five LOVED the food! The beer was excellent and the owners are friendly and kind! Definitely will go again if we return to the area! Ah-struck by the food!Vegetarian options: Salads, pretzel, beer ?Kid-friendliness: My kiddos loved dancing on the dance floor and talking with Tom!

Amazing beer, food, prices, building, and owner. Going here was the best part of our trip to Sandusky.

This was absolutely the worst food EVER. They should stick to the beer. This could be a great venue but the owners cannot be serious with what they're passing off as edible.

Tom was very gracious and welcomed us in and showed us around the whole building. We sat in the Biergarten and enjoyed a fantastic homemade meal. He’s trying to update hours online but right now he is only closed on Monday and Tuesday. Stop in and enjoy a beer and some schnitzel! Thank you Tom!

I ordered the schnitzel, it was very thin but overall my dinner tasted authentic. The beer was definitely the highlight. The building is beautiful and historic. We had a fun time with our friends.
