Bidrage med feedbackI really like the Palolato a few years ago! Have her chicken nanban my fav)today portion is big, but chickens fried too much Nanban sauce also not enough
4/2022-Food is amazing but prices have gone up including tips are now expected. 2/2020-They really exceeded my expectations! They're really authentic including the taste. The samples of tea were really appreciated and we even up ordering the hojicha roasted green tea) which came with a free order of matcha warabi mochi $5 value lined time) which both were very delicious! We also ordered the tonkatsu set $20) and was excellent! Really appreciated all the little details like the metal rack the tonkatsu rested to maintain crispiness. The rice and red seasoning was very good. All this is confirmed from a native Japanese person. Highly recommended and we'll be back to try additional meals. PS. There's a no tipping policy just like in Japan! ?????
Located In Hillsboro Shopping, this is an authentic Japanese restaurant, featuring fantastic teishoku dinners! Fully electronic ordering, robot delivery to your table, and no tipping payment(card only). I highly recommend their Yayoi Gozen teishoku: sampler of their best items, beef sukiyaki, salmon with mushrooms miso soup, and salmon salad. Omaze Don: mountain yam, natto, salmon sashimi, pickled vegetables, mix with shoyu and enjoy over rice! Be sure to order their chawan mushi, steamed eggs, chicken, crab or ikura. I also love their small bites, which are small sushi hand rolls.
Good is pretty good. There were a couple of small problems though: salad had rotten pieces in it and half of a piece of the katsu was just tendon ... Not edible. Gozen is fun way to sample everything. The robot that served the food is cool!
This place was great. A pleasant surprise within the mall. You order off the iPad. Pro tip is to order the limited items right when you sit. (Chawanmushi). Clams were a great size. Enjoyed the sushi bites but we sub?d for sushi rice which was not flavorful. The squid tempura was like warm. Curry was not flavorful enough (needs the secret apple). Chicken toji was a bit salty and definitely needed a side of rice. The deluxe set was made better with the added on unagi Don. Could do without the tonkatsu which was a little over. I prefer my salmon teriyaki a bit under but everyone else enjoyed it.
