Legit hand pulled noodles. Not many around the area, so its very lucky to have a really good version of lanzhou noodles thats doordashable.

Excellent hand-pulled thick noodles, top quality beef and wonderfully fresh ingredients. Deeply satiisfying. Simple ingredients beautifully prepared.

The ingredients are fresh but theres little in the way of seasoning or art. The food tastes manufactured. Zero subtlety. No broth complexity. I was disappointed with each components Id been ready to love.
