Scala's Bistro - San Andreas

We were very excited to come here after we had expelled it in the past and wanted some good Italians in a friendly atmosphere. But there was a big party of about 40 when we came in, very, very loud, sworn and sometimes screamed out, so we could hardly talk to each other. At first they sat at a very small table near this table and after they had asked to put us on a larger table, but even closer. We decided to go, but they offered us a third table, but still the sound was deaf. They encouraged us to stay by saying that they would try to move the great party into a private space or would tell them that they are calmer, but also not. We couldn't hear anything, so it wasn't the kind of atmosphere we wanted. Really wished they only apologized, maybe a free drink offered us and suggested we come another time. We bought our drinks and paid them for themselves and the wine was not so good either. We'll be back. Okay, if in a bar scene with loud people drinking and oblivious want to be around them, but if you want a date night dinner, it wouldn't recommend.

Always a great culinary experience at Scala’s from the gracious hostess to waiting staff. It was a special occasion wedding day) that I noticed in the reservation. We were warmly welcomed with congratulations and recipients a beautiful celebrity Dessert!

We all loved almost all our food, but the Cauliflower soup was over seasoned, I could not taste the cauliflower and it was almost brown in the color, I expected a brighter white creamy color, type of inconspicuous.

Server with very polite and explains very meal we asked? The food was great and the restaurant was quiet. Plan to go there before any Broadway production.

Super great meal with perfect service from beginning to end. So glad we chose this restaurant for valentine's day! Had great wine pizza and pastas.. definitely get the crab pasta delish. Thanks!
