Ethos - Salt Spring Island

So busy they stayed open late - able to catch some dinner - while waiting met locals on return visits - always a good sign. For camping nearby this was a great find for dinner option. Just on the perimeter of Ganges. Large portion, great food, and friendly operators. Menu and setting attached. Definitely recommend. Enjoy!

Went for a Sunday afternoon lunch and it was really fresh and authentic Greek food. The owners really seem to put a lot into the meal. I had what they call a meal and it was very tasty. The picture does not do it justice I had already started in before I took the shot. The truck is in a new location on the Ganges bypass at the corner of Hereford and Jackson. In the new location they have set up a few tents, under the large trees, which make it a very enjoyable location.

We had a nice lunch at a good price. They are moving from their food cart to a new location in downtown Ganges. Hope it works out.

Ethos is a family run food truck parked on the Sea Breeze motel lot, serving Greek food. Everything is fresh, tasty and fairly priced. We like to take our lunch down to the gazebo in front of the motel, away from the traffic and noise.
