Babes in the Woods Eatery

If you find yourself on the beautiful island of Galiano, consider yourself fortunate and make sure to dine at this restaurant! The gourmet pizzas are bursting with flavor, such as the cilantro peanut satay with chicken and the loaded spicy vegetable with herb sausage. The mason jar mini cheesecakes with cinnamon swirls are a must-try as well. Overall, everything we tried was absolutely amazing.

I usually order the pizzas at this restaurant, and they are fantastic. However, last week I tried the black bean taco platter and it was amazing! The portion size was very generous and the price was unbeatable. The staff is also incredibly friendly. It's a win-win situation. Thank you to everyone at Babes for providing such a great experience!

I am currently sitting at Babes in the Woods as I write this review. I had dinner here last night and lunch today. If there was one reason to move to Galiano Island, this would be it. The sign outside promises Good Food, Good People, Good Times, and my wife and I have experienced all three. Thank you for making our 9th wedding anniversary extra special! P.S. The maple walnut cheesecake is absolutely delicious!

Always so friendly and welcoming. Food is great, and good sized portions. Usually have the chicken quesadilla platter relish! Also love their borscht, when they have it, and their maple walnut cheesecake (and I'm not usually a dessert person). Just feels homey and comfortable. Lisa, Jen, and the others so cheery!

What a fantastic meal we just had here! Creative, deliciously prepared fresh local food within walking distance of where we are staying, couldn't be happier!!
