Bidrage med feedbackI ordered online for delivery. I ordered my fries cooked extra and regular fry seasoning. I got neither. When I called to speak with someone the phone rang for 3 5 minutes. I figured they were busy. Someone answered, when I gave the statement “ hey just wanted to bring it to someone’s attention that I placed an order for seasoned fries cooked longer than normal as it’s an option online. She placed me on hold and never came back. Irritating yes. End of world no.
I never write reviews but my goodness... Waiting for 1 hour for a regular size fry is craaazy. And yet there were people coming in after us that placed an order, and left within 10 minutes. Do better. Service: 1
Ordered 3 orders of wings from Wing Stop, an 8 piece a 10 piece and a 20 piece and we literally only got the 10 piece, two fries and two drinks. We were completely missing the 20 piece and the 8 piece. I called wing stop immediately since the bag was sealed and I could tell this was not the driver’s fault. They basically proceeded to tell me that due to their policy and protocol, that they don’t make mistakes so it’s impossible for it to be their fault. She told me to call Uber so I called Uber and the driver answered immediately. She told me they only gave her one bag and that wing stop has issues like this frequently so to call them. I knew wing stop was not going to help so I tried to get a refund through Uber since we paid $90 for an 8 piece and two fries. Uber refunded me $2. Both wing stop and Uber are losing our business.
