They slipped us in without a reservation. We loved the Duck and the fried chicken waffle. Amazing combinations of unexpected textures, sauces, sweet, hot, pickle, umami! The gazelnut chocolate cake was wonderful with dense flavors, yet, a light weight texturally. The waiter was helpful, kind, and generous. We had a fantastic brunch. Quaint and friendly environment with vegan and vegetarian options that are packed full of innovative flavors. I would recommend the chicken and waffles with its southern charm. The chicken had a savory crispiness and a touch of southern sweetness for a great balance.
