They stopped giving a mark on your purchase card when you buy a gift card. it's considered a purchased drink or drinks depending on the amount that you spend. I bought a $20 gift card. no stamp ..no points just saying why buy gift cards there? what does the customer get in return? nothing!!! I wrote a nice email but no reply. Sad customer service and application...lacking big time! shame on you. River Rd Location on a Monday at 2:30 ish..is... way to many other coffee businesses that offer appreciation °• p.s. I bought many of your cards in the pass. All came with a stamp if not a few... depending on how big the gift card was...oh well ....another bad service....

Good coffee just a few blocks from the Grand Hotel in Salem. Fun dog friendly theme, and the staff was very friendly. Good coffee options, and kid friendly as well.

Was my favorite place but left my debit in the reader. I tried to call to check couldn't find a number on google. When I went to go in the store only a day later at the most two days later. She went back and looked after saying yes they have a few ids asked my name. She asked how long ago since I had left it. I said what I stated above she goes back and looks a second time. When she comes back she said it was thrown away and they would probably throw it away if they found it in the future. Maybe have a number to call or keep them 72hrs not try to play off the fact they were thrown away before a sufficient time passed. I don't really think it's security measure it actually sketches me out more it's thrown in the garbage was it shredded it's a lot easier to keep them in the past Friday when they come in with them this is pretty ridiculous I don't think I'll be back unless something is noted and this won't happen again anyone else.
