St. Louis Bread Co. - Saint Louis

This location looks and feels very down. Tables were dirty, not up to Bread Co. standards. Eating was okay. Enough to close it and make everything new from scratch.

The food is always good and I didn't have to wait long, maybe 7 minutes not more than 10 minutes?

I ordered online and picked up my food and when I came home, they had forgotten to give me my soup so I had to go back all the way and when I informed them about the problem and asked that I should get a little extra for the extra trip, they were very rude and unapologetic to me and very dismissed with their answer. Terrible customer service.

Very nice! The food is great and the waiting time is not long. I also ordered on her kiosk, making it much faster.

Had the new Warm Bowl Teriyaki Chicken Broccoli over brown rice!! It was awesome, a welcome surprise to my usual order here.
