I measured my 16 PC-fish family meal, I got 11 pieces of fish, the cashiers in the window didn't even know what my order was, I had to tell her again while she tried to grab my food. Very unprofessional will not recommend yo go here.

The staff is super friendly and very patient. We didn't know what we wanted, and we never felt hurried. All the questions we had answered them gladly. Absolutely come back.

Every time I drive at Hampton Road, I stop here because this place is so great. Great food to always order. Good customer service.

The coconut yarn was old and they heated some of them again. It was very disgusting to taste old oil in your food. And your trading states that they are interchangeable if they are not. There is nothing with snack bits or popcorn shrimp... Here are just some of the ways over cooked shrimps.

At 6:24 we went through the drive through and a person yelled out, ?Hi, we?re closed!? I called at 6:27 and asked when they closed as the website says 10. Response I received was ?We?re closed.? Ok, can you tell me when you close? ?At 7!? Well, so it?s not 7, and you?re closed? ?Yes! We are short staffed.? Two cars had just pulled up to the window after ordering. I get it, but it?s super early and they were super rude.
