Imo's Pizza - Saint Louis

Good people great service...they just cook the pizza crust too hard.

We arrived there at 9:30 and we asked for dine in (based on google they were supposed to be open till 11 pm! . They said that they do not serve dine in as they were closing soon! However, they were taking orders till very late. Overall I did not like the way they were treating their customers. Not helpful at all. But the quality was very good.

I ordered a 4 topping medium, well done with a mozzarella only (hate provel) for delivery. I get this exact same pizza every time bacon, mushroom, hamburger onion. Probably 20 times a year or more. Always good and perfect from this store, NOT TONIGHT!! I wish I had looked in the box before the guy left. It wasn't well done, there was no mozzarella and it must have been held at an angle because all the toppings were in the back left corner of the box. That is the instant notification that it's provel and not mozzarella, provel turns into water cheese when melted and always slides off the pizza unless you let it cool. I will give them a break and not call for a replacement because they normally get it right but, IMO's manager, tell your cooks to look at the order. The receipt stated the correct order, it was just made completely wrong and was a terrible disappointment.

I find that rude that companies require reviews. But be ashamed if an evaluation is bad. However, I am an observer through a long career of security. So, I pay attention to the interactions of other workers and other customers along with there reactions in them. But overall, I appreciate this person or people I have to meet during my visit. Most of my encounters were during the COVID Craziness. while I had worked for / delivery guy on behalf of DoorDash, GrubHub and UberEats. I don't do anymore because several problems both restaurant customers behavior. Together with safety and bad furnishings. But I loved my pizza. Especially from here as a customer. No problem. Now I'm just doing Uber.
