Great American Bagel - Saint Louis

This place is a mess. You order at once counter, then pay at a nearby cash register. The person working the register is also tending a bar (which was very busy), and barely has time to work the register. Once you pay, you have to go back to the counter to get your food. They don’t use order numbers or take names, and there are only a few order options. So lots of people were in line to pay at the register, their order would get called, and someone closer to the counter who ordered later (but was further back in the line to pay), would grab that order. The workers were not very pleasant or helpful, which compounded the problem. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was fine. Sandwich didn't come as listed. Staff was so rude that I didn't bother going back. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

These people are so rude. They don't even get the order correct. Roll their eyes when you as. If you don't wanna work here go else where asshats. Don't order from them.
