Le Basque - Saint-Jean-de-Luz

Extremely rude! We have a baby, who’s also got fatal allergies. We brought him a safe ham/cheese sandwich to have while we ordered. The manager told us he was not allowed to have his sandwich and subsequently we had to leave -as our food arrived. I have never come across such hostility towards children in France.

The menu sounds very attractive. The space is warm and nicely furnished. Set menu only. Service v good. Food not quite up to the menu descriptions, some slightly odd, challenging flavour combinations. That said, the fish was delicious, perfectly cooked. Reasonably pricey at 75 EUR for 2 including wine.

Good five-day stay. Top employees, hotel with everything you need and well maintained. The rooms are not always made with the same rigor. Very good, avoid orange juice if you want a pressed juice;

Very good authentic hotel. We didn't have too many problems to park the car right now, but it can be more complicated in the season. Otherwise, there is no anger and personal listening. The spa with swimming pool is very beautiful and pleasant. The rooms are well equipped.

We had a great welcome, the staff is very useful. The room is not very large but it is very clean, with a super comfortable bed. The spa is really the little more enjoyable. It is ideally placed. Because of the galery to find a parking space, the fact that the hotel offers places in Indigo parking has represented us! Very good general experience.
