Bidrage med feedbackFirst attempts will never be returned Absolutely terrible service that I ordered and steak and cheese without mustard, Mayo and onions due to the fact that I very allergic to onions, the counterpart did not ring it without onions, so I marked the sub only to ensure that they not only pick up and sure enough that they gave the same sub and had it onions on it. I asked for my money back and got it. The person I was with didn't even get his food immediately and he had to go to the counter because she lost his order. Absolutely terrible service
Went to this location yesterday and was pretty disappointed. There were an employees kids sleeping in the lobby and going back behind the counter. The employee taking the order was very rushed and asked me ?is that all for you? after EVERY sandwich. Our family of 4 is standing there, why would that be all after 1 sandwich. The bread and toppings were completely wrong on my husbands and I sandwich. The employees were fighting loudly about who was washing dishes. It was a train wreck and probably won?t be back. It?s a bummer since we normally love Firehouse.
Ordered a steak and cheese add banana peppers. Received banana peppers on bread. Because I ordered through door dash, I received zero help. No assistance offered whatsoever. What a joke.
This was my first time to order from this place and everything was EXCELLENT. We have a Firehouse Subs here in O?Fallon, but the quality of food and service has greatly decreased last year, and it shows. We will definitely return to this place!!
The respectful service. Nasty conversation. I'm sure the business goes up the hill. If it's not, I guarantee it. I don't want an apology from you. I wanted my money back tonight. Will never go back. Almost as bad as Jack. The problem begins at the top of the chain. I would never let employees like this represent my business and I. What a embarrassment.
