Buffalo Wild Wings - Saint Albans

The place was empty, and they couldn't bother to bring a menu for the first 15 minutes, we then ordered drinks, that took 20 minutes to get. We ordered our food, it was 2 orders of wings with hot, and 2 American burgers. After 20 minutes we got 1 burger and fries, and 2 wings with mild sauce. The fries that came with the burger were cold and tasted like they were very old and cold. After 10 minutes our 2nd burger and the hot wings came. We could see that the server was new but the wrong sauce on the wings, and the cold fries and missing burger was a kitchen mistake. Horrible experience when your on vacation

It is the second time they mess up my order. First time i was missing almost 10 Wings on my family order, now im missing my celery and carrots ranch. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I enjoyed my experience here. I came in on a Friday, about 345,4pm, so before the evening rush. I enjoyed a quiet meal, it was very empty in the restaurant, so my food came out quickly. Rand did a great job servicing me. The only area of improvement is cleanliness. The glass on the doors and glass above booths are filthy with handprint marks. I also had to wipe away crumbs from my seat at my booth, and there was a left over straw paper from a previous customer behind the menus on the table. It could’ve been easily missed had I not used the condiment holder. Make sure the restaurant is clean. Otherwise, I would eat here again before any rush. I don’t have any problems with this location.
