I would like to praise our waiter from Monday night (08/29/22). Timothy was fantastic! He was friendly, personable his attention to everything was on site. We are rewarding members Red Lobster is our way to the restaurant, anywhere else, even our children love it! We had Timothy as our waiter when he started, he was just as friendly at the time. He got everything right, even though we had added both additional pages to our most important ducks. He brought extra paper napkins with our salad biscuits without having to ask. He was quickly asked with our refills of Endless Shrimp ALWAYS whether we needed something else before we left our table. In the past, many servers/goods did not. At one point I had finished my drink, the next thing I knew it was filled. I honestly don't even remember that he did that, that's how good he was. We love endless shrimps would also come here alone. But honestly, because of the excellent service of Timothy we are planning to come more often. I would like to point out that the food (salades, cookies, shrimps) were also perfectly cooked, compliments to the cook! Can't wait to come back, hopefully we have Timothy back! Unfortunately, they have changed the recipe to the Amazing Cheddar Biscuits they had earlier (and is the main reason why we go to Red Lobster). They weren't good. All you eat soup and salad were very small portions, took good 15-20 minutes, even getting a refill and were just OK. The service was also disappointing.
My daughter and I went to church on Sunday at 11:30. They were quiet but not rushed or crowded, the atmosphere was relaxed, quiet, good music, good service, good food- had the crabs linguines and these delicious cookies! You even had a Braille menu for my daughter!
It'll be a long time. I am definitely no one who complains to me because I know how it is in the service industry. Two stars for dinner. The food tastes great, but portions for the actual seafood have gone down. The waitress/waxsin? ve had the last two times? no words The last couple of times? ve was not busy, so there was no reason for waiting for ANYTHING. Yesterday we didn't even get the cookies that had only a portion of the cookies when we were there. Beverages were not stopped at all that needed a refill was my husband. He got crab legs that was small fork of crushers?t even with them it was hard to leave our waitress to get something because she wasn't around much or never saw our way. He shared them with his hands. Whatever. The other time we were there, it was terrible. In principle, no meat filled with water. We told them they had another plate, but that wasn't supposed to happen. It wasn't even a good crab from the outside. All in all, not worth $130 for a family of 5. Probably the last time we go there because of the service we had in recent times. The hostesses are great. the other waiters/witresses I saw seemed to keep work on their tables. I wish we had one of them.
