Chop't Creative Salad Co. - Rye Brook

On 9/18 at 4 p.m. my mother went to get me a salad and was dreadfully treated by manager Christina, unfortunately I wasn't there all the time on the phone. She ordered me a little Zesty Italian Ceaser Salad. They did it for them and then wanted to calculate the full price for the salad. My mother asked why she wanted a big one when she was a little. The manager said I don't have to give you the dicount when my mother tried to give her a complaint she told my mother that she should go out and leave the store if she doesn't like it.

I love absolutely chopt this?s why I am so surprised by my experience today. I came in and the young man worked quite friendly but obviously not too big at his work. I wanted to build my own bowl, so he showed me on vegetables, I have the choice L 347 of 20.12.2013, p. 1). No great decisions, okay, I'll take whatever. After choosing 2 I turn right where a completely different section was with more options. I ask whether this is included in vegetables. Should you? Then we go to protein. I ask what vegetarian options they have. Tofu and Falafel. I think he's leaving? You don't want a chicken? I laughed at it, but it was a little tonnage. I asked for vegetarians, so just respect this. He goes to hack it and only after I asked if I could get cheese, he went back. Overall, I know that he was just a little lost and probably not trained therefore the review. Chopt is one of my favorite places to eat, and workers are really what makes the difference. Casual and friendly is okay, but as long as you do your job and don't need me, a customer, tell you what you need to do. It finally turned out a pretty ok bowl, so the 3 stars.

The salads here are stunning and the service is some of the best. I strongly recommend trying this place if you have a chance. You have a great selection and the prices are super cheap.

I just pulled a metal wire out of the back of mouth and gums. I didn't order this in my salad. Very disturbed. Update: had to go to the dentist, put in a ticket two weeks ago to get 't support team pretty much nowhere. Pretty sure they're not interested in doing the right thing...

Logan was very rude as I went to pick up my salad from this location. He would not even come to the door to let me know. And closed the door in my face. I did not know they closed at 8pm and I ordered my salad for 7:45pm pickup. Other Chopt locations graciously give a phone call when coming in close to closing time. This is the second time I?ve come to this location and the salad was not there. The employees are short with their customers and rude. I will be calling the manager to let them know.
