Burger King - Russellville

It is really hit and miss here. Sometimes the orders are perfectly done. Others they are completely wrong and you get attitude when you want it corrected. It's better avoided in my opinion.

Asked for 2 double cheeseburgers. Gave us 2 regular cheeseburgers and the meat was smaller than half the bun and burnt so badly it was black. Go back to get them redone and STILL burnt meat. Don't recommend it.

Food is always hot and fresh!I eat here at least once a week, staff is always friendly and they always get my order correct.

Russellville Burger King CANNOT get it right. I have tried numerous times over the past 2 years. Missing food constantly, infrequent attitudes, lack of service, and timeliness are all major key factors. Previous encounter with district manager resulted in a free complete meal replacement to makeup for my issues. The on site manager at the time said I can only get one meal and not the complete botched order. I would not recommend getting anything over a simple single order. Any complexity will be met with negligence and possible incorrect output. Today in particular a kids chicken nugget kids meal was ordered. They forgot the chicken nuggets. That is all I can say.

Good food as always. Best soda fountain in town. Fast service. Accurate order.
