EDIT! My star changed to four because the manager Braxton Lancaster came directly to the store and got it all right! Kudos to him to make this place better! Try to give them another chance through new management, but again.bad service. Had my online order over an hour before I needed my food. When I came to get it, the girl at the counter said that they didn't have a crispy chicken ready and that they only made normal chicken all day so that they don't cook crispy. Well, I ordered it over an hour earlier. So 30 minutes after my pick-up time had to wait for my order. Unfortunately, I don't give them a chance. Super disappointed because I thought with the new manager it would be different.

This place is really hard to create a better experience. So far, they're doing a great job. Was back twice and the second time was a much better experience. Our food was hot and the onion rings were fresh and so good Worth gave them another shot
